Steve co-founded Genex in 1993 and looks after the acquisition, planning and rezoning of development properties. Educated at Simon Fraser University in Business Administration and Marketing Research, Steve has been involved in many local sports programs and recently sat on the Capital Fundraising Committee for Surrey's new Y.M.C.A.

Allan O. Ullrich
Multi-Family, Project Manager
Allan was instrumental in the start up of Genex and is in charge of all the multi-family projects. Allan obtained a diploma in Architectural Technology from Saskatchewan Technical Institute in 1972 and has experience as a western representative for one of North America 's largest home builders. Allan has over 31 years of experience in residential construction, design and management.
