Ken Falardeau

Ken has been with Genex since its inception in 1993 and has played a key role in developing Genex's reputation for producing custom home quality in the townhouse marketplace. Ken attended B.C.I.T., is a journeyman carpenter with inter-provincial standards and is R-2000 certified. Ken has 32 years in the construction industry and has experience in both heavy construction and custom home building.

Susan Vollmer
Susan has been in the real estate business since 1987 and has been part of the Morgan Creek Sales Team since 1995. As Sales Manager for Genex, Susan is responsible for all project marketing for condominium, townhouse and single family home sites.
